A New Lead is any person who creates a Mindbody profile with your studio.
The 5 metrics across the top of the report only include leads that created a profile with your studio this month.
The Total Autopay count tracks the number of unique clients that completed an autopay sale within the previous month.
The Upcoming Autopay count tracks the number of unique clients that have autopays scheduled to be completed throughout the remainder of the month (this number will go down as the month progresses).
Clients must have a status of "Active" or "Suspended" to be included in the Total Autopay count and "Active" only to be included in the Upcoming Autopay count.
The Total Autopay and Upcoming Autopay counts exclude comp memberships.
Churn Rate is your closing churn rate from the previous month and takes into account new members added within the previous month.
As a benchmark, a studio should have no greater than 5% of total membership suspended at any given time.
The Total New Members table will include a count of new members for the month, regardless of when the client’s profile was created.
Most trialers convert after attending 3-4 classes on their trial.
The Average Trialer Visits metric reflects a rolling 3 week period to account for trialers who have visits that overlap from one week to the next, as well as multi-week trials.
The Trialer Attended table displays trialer activity for the last 14 days as opposed to the current week, to account for trialers who have visits that overlap from one week to the next.
The Class Passes Remaining table will only show any members on class passes with 3 or fewer remaining.
The Absentee Members lists exclude trialers, comp memberships, trainers, free classes, and drop-ins, but does include class pass clients, and x/per week clients.
Each evening, at your preferred time, you will receive an email report of all of your studio's late cancels and no shows for the day.
At the same time, your studio's late cancels and no shows from the previous day will be charged.
To customize your fees to charge more for no shows vs. late cancels, simply select the respective products in the user portal by logging in, navigating to Products, and selecting the appropriate products (from your studio's Mindbody product listing) that you would like to be used to charge late cancel/no show fees.
To set Forgivables, login to the user portal, and open the Dashboard tab, at the top your Number of Forgivables and Forgivable Window can be set.
If a member is signed into more than one class for the next day, they will be kept in the first scheduled class of the day and removed from all subsequent classes. If a member is on multiple waitlists and they get into a class, they will be removed from any waitlists that they are still on for classes later in the day.
A report is sent each evening at your preferred time, typically 9pm or 10pm local time, indicating any clients that have been removed from waitlists and classes for the next day.
The Booking Management Automation only runs once per day.
