Every evening we will email you a list of your members that late canceled for that day. The members that late canceled will not actually be charged until the following afternoon, giving you time to make any changes you may need to in MINDBODY (ex. if someone had an emergency that you find out about the next morning after the evening classes).
If a member is signed into more than one class for the next day, they will be kept in the first scheduled class of the day and removed from all subsequent classes. If a member is on multiple waitlists and they get into a class, they will be removed from any waitlists that they are still on for classes later in the day.
Yes, Pipeline Solutions is an approved MINDBODY Developer. For us to access your studio data you will be required to provide us with additional authorization. Once you have completed the Studio Intake Form, you will be sent a secure authorization link for us to access the client waiver data within your MINDBODY account—we will only be able to access your data with your authorization.
Your automations will be setup within 5-7 business days.
