Our brand-new Opportunities View is a game-changer, offering a dedicated space for you and your team to uncover revenue and growth opportunities. This feature provides convenient action lists, ensuring you know exactly which outreach activities to prioritize and which clients to focus on each day, whether it’s re-engaging at-risk members or following up with leads.

The Opportunities View is available for all current studios, as well as new studios on the Varsity Plan or higher.

2. Client Profile View 👤

Introducing the new Client Profile View, a centralized hub where you can access detailed information about each client with just a click. This view not only allows you to see all relevant client details but also enables you to add notes directly.

With the "Add to Mindbody" switch, any notes you add are automatically sent to the client's Mindbody Contact Log, streamlining your workflow. Additionally, the new Cancellation Reason dropdown provides a standardized list of reasons, making it easier to generate impactful reports on cancellations and take proactive steps to retain members.

3. Mobile Styling 📱

We know how important it is to manage your studio on the go, which is why we’ve made our new Opportunities View and other key features fully accessible on mobile devices. With responsive design, you can now easily manage your studio from anywhere.

To make things even more convenient, you can add the Pipeline Solutions app to your home screen. Simply log in on your mobile device using Safari, click the share icon, and select "Add to Home Screen."
